Privacy Policy

Agent Studio is operated by Evermont Realty Partners. This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Agent Studio is operated by Evermont Realty Partners ("Evermont," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through agentstudioapp.evermontre.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the Site and the purchase process for Agent Studio. It does not cover the Agent Studio application itself once you've downloaded and are using it — see "The Application You Download" below, which works differently from the website.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: what you give us directly, what's generated automatically when you visit, and what our payment processor collects on our behalf.

Information you provide directly

  • Email list / walkthrough requests. If you enter your email to receive the Agent Studio walkthrough or join a waitlist, we store your email address and where you signed up (e.g., "landing page").
  • Contact form. If you reach out through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message.
  • Support requests. If you submit a support request, we collect your name, email address, the category and priority of your issue, a subject line, and your message. We assign a reference code to your request and use it in our replies.
  • Purchase information. If you buy Agent Studio, checkout is handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number. We do receive confirmation that a payment was completed, and if you provide it, your email address, so we can fulfill your order and send you a receipt.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic technical data. When you submit a form on the Site, we automatically capture your IP address and browser user-agent string. We use this solely to screen submissions for spam and abuse — not for tracking or advertising.
  • Fonts. The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading a webpage that references Google Fonts causes your browser to request those files from Google's servers, which will see your IP address in the process. We don't control this exchange beyond choosing to use Google Fonts; see Google's own privacy policy for how they handle it.

We do not currently run advertising pixels, third-party analytics trackers, or cross-site tracking cookies on the Site.

2. The Application You Download

This is the most important distinction in this policy. Agent Studio (the product you purchase) is a private, offline application. Once you download it:

  • Client names, property details, calculations, letters, and any other information you enter into the application itself stay on your own device. They are not uploaded to Evermont, stored on our servers, or accessible to us.
  • No account or login is required to use the application, and none of your clients' personal information ever reaches us through normal use of the product.

In short: this Privacy Policy governs the website you're reading and the purchase process. It does not apply to the private workspace data you create inside the application you own — because we never receive it.

If we launch "Agent Studio Cloud" or any other feature that syncs or stores your workspace data on our servers, that feature will be optional, and we will update this policy and obtain your consent before it applies to you.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Send the walkthrough, product updates, or requested materials to people who sign up
  • Respond to contact and support inquiries, including sending confirmation and follow-up emails
  • Process purchases and deliver receipts/access instructions
  • Detect and prevent spam or abusive submissions
  • Maintain and improve the Site
  • Comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax and payment recordkeeping)

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the Site and fulfill orders, and only as needed for that purpose:

  • Stripe — processes payments. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy).
  • Supabase — hosts the database where form submissions (email list, contact messages, support requests) are stored.
  • Our transactional email provider — sends confirmation and notification emails triggered by your form submissions.

We do not share your information with data brokers or advertisers, and we don't sell it. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Evermont, our users, or others.

5. Data Retention

We keep the information described in Section 1 for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected — for example, contact and support messages are kept long enough to resolve your inquiry and maintain a record of the exchange, and email list entries are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 9).

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address in Section 9 — we'll respond and verify your request before taking action.

  • Unsubscribe: Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email us directly.
  • Deletion: We will delete your contact/support messages and email list entry on request, except where we're required to retain records for legal or accounting purposes (for example, purchase records tied to a completed transaction).

7. Children's Privacy

Agent Studio is a business tool for real estate professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

8. Data Security

We rely on reputable providers (Stripe for payments, Supabase for data storage) that maintain their own security standards, and we limit access to submitted information to what's needed to operate the Site. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you (for example, by email if you're on our list). Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.

This policy describes the Site and purchase flow as they currently operate — it does not cover the future "Agent Studio Cloud" product, which will get its own updated policy before launch.
