Is this really a one-time purchase?

Yes. Agent Studio 2.0 is a lifetime license for version 2.x — no subscription, no renewal, no seat fees.

Where is my client data stored?

Entirely on your own machine, in local storage inside the app file. Nothing is uploaded and no account is required.

Do I need design software?

No. Flyers and letters are generated from your property and client records, then printed or exported to PDF directly from the app.

What do I actually receive?

A single HTML application, a sample workspace to explore, and full documentation. Open it in any modern browser on Mac or Windows.

Can I use my own branding?

Yes — brokerage name, logo, colors, agent photo, contact details, disclaimers and QR links flow into every document.
