Privacy Policy

Agent Studio is operated by Evermont Realty Partners. This policy explains what the website and verified demo collect, what remains private on your device, and the choices available to you.

Agent Studio is operated by Evermont Realty Partners LLC ("Evermont," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy applies to the Agent Studio pages and services available through evermontre.com, including the Agent Studio sales page, verified seven-day demo, contact and support interactions, email communications, and the link to purchase through the Microsoft Store (collectively, the "Site").

The downloadable Agent Studio product works differently from the Site. Workspace information entered into the downloaded application is designed to remain on your device, as explained in Section 3.

1. Information We Collect

Verified demo and trial information

To provide the one-time seven-day demo, we collect and process:

  • Your email address;
  • A Supabase authentication user identifier;
  • The date and time your email was verified;
  • The date and time your demo started and expires;
  • The signup source associated with your request; and
  • Whether you separately chose to receive occasional product marketing, including the date of that choice when applicable.

We use a one-time code to verify that you control the submitted email address. Requesting demo access does not automatically enroll you in marketing. Marketing consent is optional and unchecked by default.

Information you provide directly

  • Walkthroughs, updates, and waitlists. If you request a walkthrough, join a waitlist, or opt into product updates, we collect your email address, the signup source, and the consent associated with that request.
  • Contact and support. If you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, subject, message, support category, and other information you choose to provide.
  • Purchases. Agent Studio Private is purchased through the Microsoft Store, so Microsoft processes checkout and payment information. We never receive or store your payment details, and do not have access to your Microsoft account.

Technical and security information

When you visit the Site or submit a form, our hosting and security systems may process routine technical information such as your IP address, browser or user-agent details, requested page, timestamps, referring page, and security or abuse-screening signals. We use this information to deliver the Site, diagnose problems, protect forms and demo access, prevent spam, and maintain security.

2. Cookies and Browser Storage

The verified demo uses a strictly necessary, secure, HTTP-only cookie named __Host-agentstudio_demo. The cookie contains an opaque signed access token, expiration time, and random security value. It does not contain your email address, name, client information, property information, or advertising identifier.

The cookie allows the server to recognize an active demo window without asking you to verify your email on every page load. It expires when your remaining trial time ends and is limited to no more than seven days. Because it is required to secure and provide the demo you requested, disabling it prevents access to the protected demo.

The interactive demo or downloadable application may use your browser's local storage to retain sample workspace state or information you enter locally. That local application state remains in your browser unless you clear it. We do not use this storage for cross-site advertising.

We do not use third-party advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral tracking cookies. The Site stores your cookie-preference choice in local browser storage so it can respect that choice on future visits.

Optional, privacy-conscious analytics is disabled unless you select Allow analytics in the privacy controls. Essential Site, security, checkout, form, and verified-demo functions remain available when you select Essential only. We do not send form entries, email addresses, client information, property information, or downloaded-application workspace data as analytics events. You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer and change your choice at any time.

3. The Downloadable Agent Studio Application

Agent Studio Private is a private, offline-first Windows desktop application that runs locally on your device. In normal use:

  • Client names, property details, calculations, letters, flyers, branding, and other workspace information you enter into the downloaded application stay on your device.
  • That workspace information is not uploaded to Evermont or stored in the Site's Supabase database.
  • No Agent Studio Cloud account is required to use the private downloadable version.

This policy does cover information you separately submit through the Site, including verified demo registration, support, and email preferences. Purchases are made through the Microsoft Store and governed by Microsoft's own privacy policy. If we later offer Agent Studio Cloud or another feature that stores workspace information online, we will provide updated disclosures before that service launches.

4. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Send and verify one-time authentication codes;
  • Start, maintain, and enforce the one-time seven-day demo period;
  • Prevent repeated-trial abuse, spam, fraud, and security incidents;
  • Deliver walkthroughs or marketing only when requested or permitted;
  • Respond to contact and support inquiries;
  • Link you to the Microsoft Store to complete purchases;
  • Operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Site;
  • Maintain appropriate business, transaction, tax, and compliance records; and
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and users.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use demo registration information for third-party advertising.

5. Legal Bases Where Applicable

Where a law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on one or more of the following: your consent for optional marketing; steps you request before entering a transaction or performance of a contract; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Site and preventing abuse; and compliance with legal obligations.

You may withdraw marketing consent at any time. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect transactional verification, security, or support communications that are still necessary for a service you requested.

6. Service Providers and Disclosures

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to providers that help operate the Site and requested services:

  • Vercel hosts and delivers the Site and may process routine request, deployment, and security logs. Vercel Privacy Notice

  • Resend sends verification and other requested emails and may process recipient addresses, delivery events, and related transactional-email information. Resend Privacy Policy

  • Google Fonts may receive your IP address and routine request information when your browser requests externally hosted font files used by the Site. Google Privacy Policy

We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, to investigate abuse or fraud, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of business assets subject to appropriate protections.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to legal, accounting, security, and operational requirements.

  • Trial records: We may retain the verified email, authentication identifier, verification time, and original trial start and expiration records after the demo expires to enforce the one-time-trial rule and prevent abuse.
  • Demo cookie: The signed access cookie expires automatically with the remaining trial period and no later than seven days after the trial begins.
  • Optional marketing: We retain your subscription record until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent, or request deletion, subject to a limited suppression record used to honor your opt-out.
  • Contact and support: We retain communications as reasonably necessary to respond, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain appropriate records.
  • Purchases: We do not receive or retain purchase or payment records — those are held by Microsoft as the seller of record for the Microsoft Store.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information we maintain about you. You may also have rights to object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision concerning a privacy request.

  • Marketing: You can decline optional marketing when requesting the demo and unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time. Authentication codes, security notices, and direct responses to your requests are transactional and may not include a marketing-unsubscribe option.
  • Cookies and analytics: Use Cookie settings in the Site footer to allow or decline optional analytics at any time. You can clear the required demo cookie in your browser, but doing so may require you to verify your email again and does not restart or extend the original trial.
  • Privacy requests: Contact us using Section 14. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We may retain limited information where permitted or required for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, legal compliance, or to honor an opt-out.

9. International Processing

Evermont and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those locations may have data-protection rules different from those where you live. Where required, providers use recognized safeguards for international transfers.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal information, including encrypted HTTPS connections, restricted database permissions, server-side trial enforcement, verified email codes, and secure signed cookies. Our providers maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's Privacy

Agent Studio is a business tool for real estate professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

12. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this policy. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Site, demo, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version, revise the effective date, and provide additional notice when required.
