What is Agent Studio Private?+
Agent Studio Private is an offline-first Windows desktop workspace for independent real estate agents. It connects client and property records with guided calculations, professional letters, branded listing flyers, printing and PDF exports.
Where is my client and property data stored?+
The working data you enter is stored locally in the Agent Studio application on your Windows PC. It is not automatically uploaded or synchronized to Evermont Realty Partners. Agent Studio Private does not add its own password or encryption layer, so protect the device with Windows sign-in, screen locking and disk encryption.
How should I back up my Agent Studio workspace?+
Export a full workspace backup regularly and store it securely outside the application, such as on an encrypted external drive or trusted storage account. Installing Agent Studio on another computer does not transfer your records automatically; use the built-in backup and restore tools.
What is included in Letter Studio?+
Letter Studio includes 63 built-in communication templates: 36 professional advisory letters and 27 everyday emails, updates and client notes. Templates can use connected client, property, agent and brokerage details, then be reviewed, printed or saved as a PDF.
What is included in Calculator Studio and Flyer Studio?+
Calculator Studio includes six guided real estate workflows and nine specialized calculators. Flyer Studio includes nine branded layouts for creating listing flyers and print-ready PDFs from connected property and agent information.
Is Agent Studio Private a subscription?+
No. Agent Studio Private is sold as an individual, one-time Windows desktop license with no required subscription. The first year of compatible updates is included. Agent Studio Cloud will be a separate optional subscription.
Can I try Agent Studio before purchasing?+
Yes. The seven-day demo lets you explore the Agent Studio workflow before purchasing. Eligible first-time purchases are also covered by the published 30-day refund policy; review the Refund Policy and Terms & License pages for the complete conditions.
What happens if I reinstall or move to another Windows PC?+
Your workspace data does not move with the installer. Export a current backup before reinstalling or changing devices, install Agent Studio on the authorized PC, and restore that backup. The uninstaller can optionally remove locally stored workspace data, so read that choice carefully.
How is Agent Studio Cloud different?+
Agent Studio Cloud is a separate SaaS edition planned to launch January 15, 2027. It is being designed for secure synchronization across authorized devices, cloud backup and automatic product updates. Agent Studio Private remains the local Windows desktop edition available today.
